ABOUT THE COMPETITION
The main idea of the III International Competition "Design Perspective 2020": popularization of the profession of an architect / designer / decorator, identification and encouragement of innovative ideas in creating a favorable living environment and interior items.

We invite: Students of specialized universities and faculties, design schools and colleges, practicing architects, designers and decorators (graduation years: 2015-2020).

The III International Competition "Design Perspective 2020" is held in three stages:

1. Submission of competitive works by the participants: May 01 - October 31, 2020.
2. Voting on the official page of the Contest in FaceBook: June 01-October 31, 2020.
2. Evaluation of competitive works by a professional jury: 01 - 15 November 2020.
3. Presentation of finalists and winners in nominations, award ceremony: November 18, 2020.

Participation in the III International Competition "Design Perspective 2020" is free.

A Contest participant can submit only ONE work in each category.

All costs associated with travel to the venue of the grand final event, accommodation in the city of the event, or the cost of postal / courier services to receive the award, are borne by the participant.

LEGAL ASPECT
Participants of the III International Contest for Young Designers "Design Perspective 2020" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") hereby guarantee that all information / data contained in their projects does not violate the intellectual property rights of third parties, and that they either own this information / data, or have full authority to use and provide such information / data, and bear full responsibility in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in case of violation of the rights of third parties. Contestants retain unlimited intellectual property rights in their projects.

Participants of the Competition, regardless of their position (student, architect or other participants), hereby give the Organizers of the Competition ("Organizers") full and unlimited authority to use and publish projects, project presentations and all materials provided by or representing competitors, including but not limited to materials photo or video filming of participants during the competition, and / or materials provided by the contestants to the Organizers to participate in the competition, for an unlimited period of time for any publications in the media used by the Organizers.

The organizers reserve the right to change the terms of the competition unilaterally. Notification of changes in conditions or cancellation of the competition is carried out in the manner prescribed for the announcement of the competition. Full or partial use of projects submitted for the competition can be made only with the consent of the author and within the framework of current legal regulations.

The organizers of the competition and partners have the right to use photographic materials provided by the authors for advertising and information purposes.

Participants of the Contest and winners of the Contest give their consent to the distribution of their image in various information and advertising publications and resources, including the Internet, covering the conduct of this Contest.

Participants of the Competition and the winners of the Competition acknowledge that the decision of the jury is final, no appeal or other appeal aimed at revising the results of the Competition is made. All participants hereby accept the undisputed and final nature of the jury's decision.

Participants of the Contest and winners of the Contest are notified of the unquestionable right of the Contest Organizers at any time to amend the Contest Rules.

The Contestant has the right to withdraw from participation in the Contest at any time by sending his refusal in writing.

Participants of the Contest are notified that the works sent to the Contest will not be returned.

By taking part in the competition, the contestants accept the conditions of the competition presented in these Rules.

By participating in the competition, the contestants consent to the processing of their personal data. Processing, storage and publication of personal data or their part is carried out solely for the purpose of holding the Competition and identifying the winner. Upon completion, all personal data of the contestants is destroyed.
PERSONAL DATA
By participating in the III International Contest for Young Designers "Design Perspective 2020" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest"), the Contest Participant agrees to be carried out by Biquew Consulting LLC (INN 7728899097 (Open Design Workshop, hereinafter referred to as the Contest Organizer) with all personal data specified Participant of the Contest in the description of the project (name, phone number, e-mail address), the following processing: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access (including ordering the processing of personal data to third parties)), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction, storage and transportation (including when ordering storage and transportation to third parties) (hereinafter referred to as processing).

The Participant of the Contest is notified and agrees that the processing of personal data is carried out by the Organizer of the Contest (and authorized persons) on paper and electronic media with and without the use of automation tools. At the same time, the purposes of providing and processing personal data are, among other things: holding this Competition, issuing prizes without paying additional remuneration and e-mailing with commercial offers for cooperation, including through automated processing of personal data; obtaining conclusions, consultations in any form regarding the Contest; verification of the accuracy of the information specified by the Participant of the Competition in the description of the project provided to the Organizers of the Competition.

The Contest Participant hereby also expresses to the Contest Organizer (its employees) consent to the transfer of the Contest Participant's personal data to third parties involved by the Contest Organizer (partners of the Contest Organizers providing advertising support for the Contest) and the processing by these persons of the Contest Participant's personal data specified in the project description, in order to transmit information regarding the organization and holding of the Competition, as well as transmitted in order to promote the services of the Competition Organizer, third parties involved by the Competition Organizer and by making direct contacts with the Competitor using communication means (including sending SMS messages to the mobile numbers I have provided telephones, transmission over telecommunication networks, including using telephone, facsimile, mobile radiotelephone communication, Internet communication networks), incl. to transfer data (provision, access) to third parties involved by the Organizer of the Competition for the specified purposes to transfer information.

The processing of the personal data of the Contest Participant is carried out in strict accordance with the principles and rules established by the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

Consent to the processing of personal data is provided by the Contest Participant for the entire duration of the Contest and within 1 (one) year after its completion.

To revoke consent to the processing of personal data, you must send a letter to the Organizers of the Contest at least 30 (Thirty) days before the revocation of the corresponding consent.

In the event of a notification of withdrawal of consent, the Contest Organizers and their authorized persons stop processing the personal data of such a Participant and destroy the personal data within a period not exceeding thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the said review.
FINAL PROVISIONS
The organizers of the III International Contest for young designers "Design Perspective 2020" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") recommend that Contest Participants regularly independently check the terms of these Rules for changes and / or additions. Continuation of participation in the Contest by the Participants after making changes and / or additions to these Rules means the unconditional acceptance and consent of the Participants with such changes and / or additions.

Nothing in these Rules provides the Participant with the right to use the trade name, trademarks, domain names and other distinctive signs of the Organizers. The right to use the trade name, trademarks, domain names and other distinctive signs of the Organizers can be granted only by prior written agreement with the Organizers.
NOMINATIONS OF THE III INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION OF YOUNG DESIGNERS "DESIGN PERSPECTIVE 2020"
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPETITION WORKS TERMS
A contest participant can submit only ONE work in each nomination. The term for the provision of work: May 01 - October 31, 2020

The competition accepts works that have not previously participated in other competitions.

Design projects submitted to the nomination organizer must contain:

1. Description of the project (strictly in .word format, no more than 2000 characters (!):

name of the project;

goals and objectives of the project, project idea.

the name of the educational institution, faculty of the participant of the competition - for students; name of the educational institution, faculty, year of graduation, current place of work of the participant of the competition - a practicing designer.

Full name of the author of the project and full name of the head (if any); contact phone and e-mail project development dates.

The Contest Participant must place the archive of the project (images) on his pages in social networks (Instagram, VK, FB) with hashtags #DesignPerspective #DesignPerspective2020 and include links to these posts in the project description.

2. Project archive (image format strictly .jpg, image weight no more than 1mgb., Without archiving and compressing files)

Sketch of a design project: 3-D visualization, hand graphics, collage, photographs, etc. (no more than 7 images).

MATERIALS SHOULD BE SENT TO EMAIL: designoutlook@mail.ru (indicating the name of the nomination in the subject line).

The organizers recommend the Participant to subscribe to the official page of the Contest in FB where the work will be posted.

ASSESSMENT OF WORKS

1.May 01 - October 31, 2020 Online voting on the Facebook page of the competition https://www.facebook.com/designoutlookru 1 like = 0.5 point

2.November 01 - November 15, 2020 Assessment of the jury members (for more details, see the nomination info).

Points from clause 1 and clause 2 are summed up. The winner of the nomination is the participant with the maximum number of points.

AWARDING CEREMONY

The award ceremony will take place on November 18, 2020. within the framework of the Forum of Young Designers "Moscow Design Fest 2020".

Awards and Diplomas to nonresident winners and finalists of the Competition will be sent by post.

All other participants in the Competition will receive a Certificate of Participation in the Competition in electronic form.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPETITION WORKS TERMS
A contest participant can submit only ONE work in each nomination. The term for the provision of work: May 01 - October 31, 2020

The competition accepts works that have not previously participated in other competitions.

Design projects submitted to the nomination organizer must contain:

1. Description of the project (strictly in .word format, no more than 2000 characters (!):

name of the project;

goals and objectives of the project, project idea.

the name of the educational institution, faculty of the participant of the competition - for students; name of the educational institution, faculty, year of graduation, current place of work of the participant of the competition - a practicing designer.

Full name of the author of the project and full name of the head (if any); contact phone and e-mail project development dates.

The Contest Participant must place the archive of the project (images) on his pages in social networks (Instagram, VK, FB) with hashtags #DesignPerspective #DesignPerspective2020 and include links to these posts in the project description.

2. Project archive (image format strictly .jpg, image weight no more than 1mgb., Without archiving and compressing files)
